DIRT TO TABLE to CJ
Excited to share a recent project we’ve been working on that was picked up in the Courier Journal last Saturday. We had the privilege of creating and shooting the new series, DIRT TO TABLE, for Proof on Main. The series begins at Woodland Farm where the some of the ingredients originate and then follows them to Proof where Chef Michael Paley creates dishes out of them, thus the idea of ‘dirt to table.’ Interested? We are pleased to welcome Tarah Chieffi to the mindsalt design + pr team. After biking 140-miles through the Outer Banks on her honeymoon, Tarah had enough steam left to jump in as project manager upon her return. She’s already added that extra *umph* we needed to keep projects moving and help streamline our processes.
A cycler, recycler, runner, and camper, Tarah lives by the Bob Marley quote, “love the life you live, live the life you love.” Needless to say, she fits right in here at mindsalt.
