Sushi Titanic / Titanic Sushi

Here at mindsalt we like to eat. Some of us prefer the bellyache-inducing, msg-laden wonders of Great Wall Buffet, while others prefer their home-cooked leftovers and organic arugula. But we can all agree on one thing: sushi.

So when a particularly generous client presented us with a gift certificate for a sushi restaurant downtown, we jumped at the chance get a full boat of sushi. But not just any boat – no tugboats or canoes, no steamers or battleships – nothing less than the infamous Titanic would satisfy our appetites.

It took the five of us over an hour, but we did it. We sank the Titanic. And it was delicious.

As you can see, we’ve done a little sprucing up around the ol’ pinch of salt. A new design, a new URL, a renewed commitment to posting… all this and more. Perhaps it’s because we’ve been playing “Man in the Mirror” nonstop at the office since MJ’s death that the mindsalt staff finally feels motivated to, ahem… make a change. And as you can see, posting regularly is a big change for us. So check back often or subscribe to our RSS feed, and expect to see more activity on the mindsalt blog.
