Excited to share a recent project we’ve been working on that was picked up in the Courier Journal last Saturday.  We had the privilege of creating and shooting the new series, DIRT TO TABLE, for Proof on Main. The series begins at Woodland Farm where the some of the ingredients originate and then follows them to Proof where Chef Michael Paley creates dishes out of them, thus the idea of ‘dirt to table.’ Interested?
